Training School Cancellation Policy

When booking training sessions with Dogs Country Club, there is a 48 hour notice period that needs to be given for both group classes and 1:2:1 training sessions for cancellations.

Group Classes:
If you cannot attend a group class that you are booked on to, you must give 48 hours notice so that the trainers know how many will be attending the class. If you do miss a class, you will still be sent an email with the homework for you to work on.
You are allowed to miss two consecutive sessions and return on your 3^rd session as you will get a recap on what you have missed. If you miss 3 group sessions and you have notified training management team via email within 48 hours your remaining credits will be transferred into 121 sessions.
However, if you miss 3 or more sessions and you have not stated the valid reason then you will lose your credit and place on the remainder of the course.

If the course that you purchased is not suitable for your dog the training team will discuss options with you suitable for your dog.

Before the course starts if there is an unexpected circumstance which can not be avoided and you need to cancel the full course after booking, and you have given 48 hours notice, this be discussed with the training manager and the course credit will be transferred over to the next 6 or 8 week course which will start after the one already running.

1:2:1 sessions:
If you need to cancel a 1:2:1training session. You must give 48 hours notice to the trainer or Dogs Country Club so that they can allocate their time to another customer, or not attend DCC as they are not based on site. Your credit will then be transferred to another available slot of your choice.

If you do not give 48 hours notice to cancel, you will lose your credit for this session.
