Dog Rehoming Service — Warrington, Wigan, Bolton, Manchester, Liverpool & the North West
Professional Dog Rehoming Across the North West UK
Sometimes life changes in ways that mean rehoming your dog is the right decision — for you and for them. A change in work, health, family circumstances, or simply life taking an unexpected turn. Whatever the reason, our goal is the same: to help you find your dog a safe, loving, and genuinely suitable new home.
We provide a professional dog rehoming service across Warrington, Wigan, Bolton, Manchester, Liverpool, and the wider North West, helping responsible owners connect with carefully matched new families.
Unlike many rehoming organisations, your dog stays at home with you throughout the entire process. There’s no kennel stay, no unfamiliar environment, no unnecessary stress — just time for us to find the right family, at the right pace.
Please note: Dogs Country Club is not a charity or rescue centre, and we don’t take dogs into our care or provide temporary accommodation. Instead, we act as a professional rehoming facilitator — the trusted link between your dog’s current home and their next one. Throughout the process, you’ll work closely with a dedicated Rehoming Coordinator and a member of our experienced Behaviour Team, so every decision is guided with your dog’s welfare front and centre.

Looking to Rehome Your Dog?
If you’re searching for dog rehoming in Warrington, Wigan, Bolton, Manchester, Liverpool, or anywhere across the North West, Dogs Country Club offers a professional and compassionate alternative to traditional rescue centres — one built around your dog’s comfort, not just the outcome.
Looking to Adopt a Dog?
We also help families across Warrington, Wigan, Bolton, Manchester, Liverpool and the wider North West find their next dog. Unlike many adoption services, we assess both the dog and the prospective family in detail — lifestyle, experience, home environment, and the dog’s individual needs — because our goal isn’t just a rehoming. It’s a successful, lifelong partnership.
How Our Rehoming Process Works
A structured, six-step process designed to give every dog the best possible chance of a successful forever home.
1. Initial Consultation We talk through your circumstances, and your dog’s history, personality, behaviour, health, and lifestyle.
2. Behaviour & Lifestyle Assessment Our Behaviour Team carries out a full assessment of temperament, training level, confidence, and individual needs.
3. Finding the Right Family We carefully screen prospective adopters to find the right match for your dog’s personality and requirements.
4. Home Assessment Every potential home is assessed and approved before a match is confirmed.
5. Meet & Transition Because your dog stays living with you throughout, introductions happen gradually and naturally — making the transition far less stressful for everyone involved.
6. Personal Training Pathway Once matched, we build an individual training and transition plan to help your dog settle successfully into their new home.
Why Dogs Stay at Home During Rehoming
Kennels can be stressful for many dogs, and that stress can change how they present and behave. By letting your dog stay in the comfort of their own home while we search for the right family, we can introduce them to prospective owners as they truly are.
It also means peace of mind for you — your dog only leaves once the right match has been found.
Rehoming Fees
