Vizsla Club Dog Meet Up
Welcome to our Vizsla Club Off-Lead Play Sessions at Dogs Country Club. The Viszla Club is specially designed for all Vizslas, Vizsla mixes, and any dogs living with them! These sessions take place in a secure field with access to a lake.
If it’s your first time joining us, please make sure to book your ticket online beforehand. After your first visit, feel free to drop in anytime! Our Vizsla Club off-lead sessions are perfect for them to mingle and play together in a safe and enjoyable environment. Even dog siblings are welcome to join in on the fun!

Why Vizsla Club?
Socialisation is so important for your dog’s development. Dogs are social creatures and benefit from mixing in groups. Puppies and young dogs learn many social skills at these gatherings – watching, listening and copying others in the group. Older dogs can benefit from that extra bit of excitement and stimulation – helping them to stay young at heart and fitter for longer. Plus teaching those youngsters how to behave!
Meeting up with the gang is exactly what many dogs enjoy doing. So, join in the fun and let your dog be a happy, sociable dog!
- Main Play Sessions are for 9 Months old +
- For under 9 months old please join our Puppy Party Play Sessions for under 12 months old
NOTE only friendly and sociable dogs are welcome. No more than 2 dogs per handler allowed. If you are not sure if your dog is sociable or not please book a socialisation assessment with us.
Off-Lead Play Session Rules:
Vizsla Club Price per session, per one household: £10 per first dog, £5 per second dog and no cost for the third and the fourth dog.
The price includes:
- Free parking
- Free dog wash facilities
- Toilet Facilities
Vizsla Training at Dogs Country Club
This engaging 8-week course is tailored to address the specific behaviors and needs of these breeds. It covers essential skills, including lead walking and recall, as well as key obedience techniques such as door and gate manners, managing excitability, and improving impulse control.
James has designed our new Bootcamp class around the Power of Play. It teaches you how to become the most important thing in your dog’s eyes—more exciting than other dogs and distractions. To your Vizsla, you’ll be the most fun person in the room.
Distractions play a big role in training for Vizslas and as amazing hunting breeds it’s something parents often struggle with!
The Power of Play Class will help improve not just your Vizsla’s focus but:
- Loose Lead Walking
- Consistent Recall when off Lead
- Getting your Dog to Focus on YOU amongst distractions
- Settling well in Public Spaces – again with distractions
This class is just £20 per week and you can choose our pay weekly option!
Please note group classes are not suitable for Reactive Dogs
