The Training Class Designed Especially for Dachshunds!
Is your dachshund ready to become the best version of itself? Welcome to the Dachshund Bootcamp Class – the ultimate solution for dachshunds of all ages and skill levels! We tailor our approach to meet the unique needs of this lovable breed, focusing on their well-being and development.
Many people are concerned about protecting Dachshunds’ backs and preventing behaviors that can cause stress to them. Therefore, we’ll include important aspects like loose leash walking to prevent pulling that could harm their backs, and obedience training to discourage jumping when greeting people.

The trainer will personalise the course to address breed-specific needs and behaviours. All this for just £20 per week.

The Dachshund Meetup & Play Session
All Dachshunds and their owners are invited to come along and join in the fun at the monthly play session for Dashies!
Dachshund Off-Lead Play Session is held at an indoor/outdoor sand arena or Dogs Country Club secure fields. Whatever the weather little legs will be dry and mud free. There is also the option to venture outside and play in our adjacent grass training secure field. Come and join us at our friendly off-lead play session and explore the great facilities that Dogs Country Club has to offer. All play sessions are off-lead and held in a secure environment so your dogs can play, have fun and run around.
If you haven’t been to our play session before, we do require that you book a ticket online for your first visit. After this you’re welcome to turn up on the day.

Why is Social Time with Others So Important for Your Dachshund?
Socialisation is so important for your dog’s development. Dogs are social creatures and benefit from mixing in groups. Puppies and young dogs learn many social skills at these gatherings – watching, listening and copying others in the group. Older dogs can benefit from that extra bit of excitement and stimulation – helping them to stay young at heart and fitter for longer. Plus teaching those youngsters how to behave!
Meeting up with the gang is exactly what many dogs enjoy doing. So, join in the fun and let your dog be a happy, sociable dog!

- For under 9 months old please join our Puppy Party Play Sessions for under 12 months old
NOTE only friendly and sociable dogs are welcome. No more than 2 dogs per handler allowed. If you are not sure if your dog is sociable or not please book a socialisation assessment with us.
