Will I Receive a Certificate?
Yes, upon completion, you will be awarded a CPD Accredited Certificate in Dog First Aid.

How long is this workshop?
The Workshop is 4 hours.

How much does it cost?
Workshop cost £65 per person.

General Payment Terms
Full payment (and cleared funds) is required before we will release any certificates for training courses.

Cancellation Procedure
To cancel or move a booking/course we require notification in writing/email from either the person who booked the course or someone who can be easily identified as being from the same organisation and having authority to make the decision. The time frame required for refunds is detailed in the Refund Terms below.

Refund Terms
Percentage refunds are based on the total course fee and not the amount paid at the time of cancellation. Time periods are calculated from the start time and date of a training course, not the end date of the course.

100%* with 2 weeks/14 days notice or more from the course start date. This includes the 14th day up to 1pm.

Less than 2 weeks/14 days notice from the course start date there is no refund.

* we reserve the right to deduct any unrecoverable payment processing costs.

Funds are usually returned within 1-3 business days of us making a refund. In some situations funds may take 10 days to appear back in an account.

If a course or booking is cancelled by us: we will return 100% of the money received for the cancelled booking.

Moving to Another Date
This is not possible with less than 2 weeks notice from the course start date, in which case the normal cancellation policy applies.
With more than 2 weeks notice from the course start date we will move a candidate to another course with no additional payment required.

Delivery Policy
Training Courses: the time, date, and location or a training course will be agreed at the time of booking.

COVID 19

If your classroom-based course cannot be delivered due to Covid-19 restrictions we reserve the right to either transfer your booking to a new date or deliver your booked course via Zoom. The bookings would be transferred and the course would be carried out via Zoom.

Q1. What time do I need to arrive?
The training will start at 2pm promptly so please arrive at 1.45pm for registration and to settle in. We aim to finish by 6pm.

Q3. Is free parking available?
Yes, please park in front of the polytunnels. Staff will be onsite to guide you.

Q4. Are refreshments provided?
Yes, light refreshments are provided but you may wish to bring some lunch to eat since the training will not finish until after 6pm.

Q5. Do I need to bring anything with me?
A pen and pad are helpful for any note taking. You may also wish to bring some money for any purchases you wish to make.

Q6. Can I buy a first aid kit on the day?
Yes. Our recommended first aid kits and other items such as digital thermometers, tick tools, antiseptic spray and LickiMats will be available to purchase.

Q7. Do I bring my dog?
No, please leave your dog at home. We will work on dummy dogs.

Q8. Are there more spaces available?
We have three more dates available to book on to:

  • 18th November 2pm – 6pm
